Hey DISboards! Is Teppan Edo closing??

I tried, and at least one other poster has tried, to get Teppan Edo reservations the second week in June. Nothing is available after June 6th. Disney Dining doesn’t know why. Do you guys know if Teppan Edo is scheduled for refirb??

I tried to book it too for the same time frame. After calling Disney, I was told they have not released reservations past June 6th. That's all she would say.

I wonder if it’s because Teppan Edo is not owned by Disney, so they haven’t finalized a contract to make ADR’s past June?

Although they might be due for a bit of a remodel.

Tutti Italino is not available either, so I am hoping those dates just aren’t loaded yet.

It seems that every year this happens as they are trying to finalize contracts, I hope that it will all be settled soon. Teppan Edo is one of DH is fav's.

I believe they are also 3rd party.
Many, I've never counted but I venture to guess most, Epcot restaurants are. Same for DS.
This subject comes up year after year. Comes up with Dining Plan too (they are slow to end up on the list as I think it's the same contract for both ADR and DP). They always work it out. I mean, just how many restaurant will survive in a Disney park if they can't accept Dining Plan?
