You need to rent in CO. I see that you would like to buy a house in CO but it is just not how it is going to be with your situation. You need to get that out of your mind.

You can work it out. It is tough. We spent 7 months in 2 different apartments while we moved from TX back to MO. Also DH was living in MO while the kids finished school, so we were apart for 4 months.

Work through it and not against it so it destroys you. You WILL figure it out.

Sorry Binny! Alot of people are going to renting out their homes because of job transfers. I see it alot at work changing homeowner's policies to rental dwellings.
