I did it this morning - took me closer to 30 minutes, but that's because I had to read each step of the way how to do it - but it was a good, solid, short workout that left me dripping.
Was a nice change up from jogging or always doing a Jillian Michael's workout - it's good to mix things up and keep your body guessing!
