can anyone tell me what company took over from Hess down at Disney Springs..There used to be a gas station with a little shop that sold beer, wine, etc much cheaper than at your resort shop..Is there a shop still there.?

Yes, but it is now a Speedway gas station. In 2014 Speedway LLC purchased Hess Retail Holdings.
