Hertz Rentals out of TPA (Tampa) Good/Bad?

Hello All:

We have a short trip lined up in about two weeks, flying into Tampa. We have not rented a car from TPA before. Anyone have any input on the Hertz location there, I was reading some horror stories on Yelp this morning, but I take those with a grain of salt. Any issues there? AAA deals through Hertz are really good right now. TIA.

Haven't rented through Hertz at TPA but have with Dollar.
My parents are flying into TPA on Jan 7 and will be dropping the car off at MCO. Prices jumped and were crazy! Like $400/week with most companies.
I checked on Costco and was able to get them a rental with Alamo for $175 including an additional driver with p/u at TPA and d/o at MCO.

So if you have a Costco membership, check them out too!
I know they have used Dollar and Alamo at TPA with no complaints

The major car rental agencies at TPA have their cars directly across the street from baggage claim. Its fairly easy to drag your bags that short distance to the cars. Can't comment on how long the lines are at the counters.

Thanks everyone, I actually cancelled the Hertz car and replaced it with Alamo, got a better rate too through Costco. Just heard bad stories about the Hertz at tampa.
