This kind and PATIENT man went way out of his way to make FTP arrangements for us, we had him on hold while juggling airfare on-line, DH stressing out over which resort, and he joked with me(we were both making our Nemo happy meal toys laugh into the phone 
) and he has made special notations about our sons B-day while we are there...such as his fav. characters etc. He covered all aspects of the insurance policy, Hershell, CM's like you are why I love going to WDW! I have sent a letter off to acknowledge his fabulous service, but wanted to post here as well. Our Disney magic began with him.
