Heroes

What did you Uk fans think of the show Heroes I watched the fourth season it aired on BBC 3 on Freeview it was hooking me I immediately fell in love with the show anyway I hope it will wrap things up with a special or movie and please air it over in the UK.

It was great, season 1 was a breath of fresh air.
I tolerated season 2 in the hope it would reach it's previous heights, but never did.
I somehow stuck with season 3 but had the naggin feeling throughout that it had ran out of ideas and was just regurgitating things with new characters and so on.

The seeming never ending contract that Ali Larter had was about the last straw, when her character kept dying and oooooh suddenly she could come back to life/play a triplet/be a clone (j/k) etc.

So yeah, started great but like so many (most in fact, not quite all) tv shows it became a shadow of itself and went on waaaaaaay past it's shelf life

Personally I think they should have stopped after season 1 - season 1 was fantastic the rest have gone from bad to worst.

Watched the end of season 4 the other week and you could tell even the writers werent convinced there would be a season 5 (and they were right...!). I look forward to seeing how they tie up the loose ends with a tv movie or mini series.

A lot of people are saying that the US tv shows have lost their edge since the writers strike and looking at the amount of shows ending this year (Heroes, Lost, Flashforward etc...) I tend to agree!

Get yourself onto Psych, easily my favourite US show on TV these days
