As promised, here is the menu. We ate there on Tuesday June 20th. Our ADR was for 4:30pm and we were promptly seated at that time.
The Fantastic Dining Menu Package includes
Field Green Salad (served family style) tossed with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Gorgonzola Crumbles {the gorgonzola is easy to get around for those that dont like it (my husband), lol}
Wood-Fired Flatbreads (served family style one for up to 4 people, ie. a group of 6 would get 2) Choose from:
Grilled Chicken with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, Pancetta, Asiago Cheese, and fresh Chives {we went back for lunch later in our trip and tried this one it was very good!}
Grilled Pepperoni with Charred Bell Peppers and Sweet Onions {we ordered this one and it was fantastic! this is why we decided to change our lunch adr later in the week from prime-time to come back for more flatbreads}
Four-Cheese with Asiago, Mozzarella, Provolone, and Gorgonzola
Vine-ripened Tomato with Sweet Basil Pesto and Caprino Cheese
Your choice of
Main Course
Wood-grilled Salmon basted with a Sun-dried Tomato Pesto on Roasted Vegetables
Wood-grilled Chicken tossed in Pipette Pasta with Artichokes, Peas, and Roasted Red Peppers in a Basil Four-Cheese Cream Sauce
Eggplant Napoleon with layers of Eggplant, fresh Mozzarella, and Tomatoes, over a warm Cannellini Bean Ragu
Spicy Italian Sausage with Rigatoni Pasta, Peppers, Onions, and a Tomato-Basil Sauce topped with Caprino Cheese
Oven-bakes Chicken Alla Parmigiana over Spaghetti
Penne Alla Vodka with Pancetta and Sweet Onion, finished with Tomato Basil Sauce, Cream Vodka, and Pecorino Romano
Spaghetti Fra Diavolo with Clams, Mussels, Calamari, and Shrimp tossed in a spicy Marinara Sauce
Charred Butcher Tender Steak on Roasted Red Pepper Polenta, Grilled Asparagus with Gorgonzola Butter and Red Wine Reduction {we both chose this and it was very good, very tender}
Veal Osso Buco slow-braised and served with Risotto Milanese
Dessert
We chose from the regular dessert menu
Happiest Celebration on Earth Coffee Tartufo House-made coffee gelato crusted with crushed coffee beans, chocolate, butterfingers, and hazelnuts with a sambuca Anglaise sauce
Honey Hazelnut and Ricotta Cheesecake with blood orange sauce topped with whipped cream
Warm Chocolate Truffle Cake filled with chocolate ganache over raspberry sauce and a pistachio Florentine {I had this and it was yummy}
Tiramisu layers of ladyfingers soaked in coffee and topped with whipped mascarpone cheese {My husbands choice, which he enjoyed}
Gelato chocolate, vanilla or spumoni
We had looked at the regular menu during our brief wait and I don't remember there being any items that weren't included in the package. The difference seems to be with the flatbreads being a separate item in the package vs. being an entree on the regular menu.
They had everything well timed and we were out in just over an hour. We had plenty of time to hit a few rides and stores as we made our way to Oscar's near the park entrance to enter for Fantasmic by 8:30.
