Beautiful Pictures Carl! I grew up in Germany, mostly on an Army base, BUT I did get to see some things, and your pictures make me want to go back! I lived in Darmstadt and Hanau for 3 years each.

The woman at that little shop said that the bird had been coming around looking for bread crumbs for about 2 years. It is a wild bird but comes right up to you for bread.
