Here we go again!

Hi all-SOOOO excited! We took our first WDW trip this past June and had a most wonderful and "magical"week. My husband LOVED it, and while I was convinced we would go back asap, I never expected it would be next June already! Can't believe it... he told me last week that we could go again... only for 9 days this time! Lots of excitement around here
I just booked the trip this morning
However, I didn't realize that our first 1 1/2 days will be during Gay Days weekend... any experience with this at all? I am talking crowd control here... huge crowds? Idid look up a few things, and Saturday 6/2 is the designated MK day... Sunday the Epcot day. I am hoping that we''l weather the crowds ok. I have already turned in my vacation time... haven't made air travel arrangements yet, but for the most part... our dates can't be changed.
Anyway, nothing can really dampen my excitement today! We are going back!!!!!

We will be there then too...be aware that there are two organizations that have gatherings...you can find links to them on the allearsnet.com website. We too are trying to avoid the crowds (especially since I will have some newbies with us this trip). I have not been at this time, but I have some friends that went, and they said that if you avoid the park designated for that day that the crowds are managble...it is just so hard not to go to MK that first day for me!

As long as you avoid the designated park day, you will be fine. Crowds at other parks will not be affected.

But it will be really hard not to visit MK your first day! I feel your pain!

We've been in early June several times, and have never had a problem. We were just there June 3 - 18, and crowds were fine. We had a great time!!!
