Did I tell you I went to the Aussie Rule Grand Final parade on Friday? This parade is a yearly thing where the 2 teams get to sit on a cavalcade car so that they can wave and smile at the public. This year, they estimated approx 100,000 people went to the parade.

I took this shot when I was there. This is one of my favourite poster boys from the Aussie Rules Football code. His name is Lenny Hayes and he plays for a team called St Kilda Saints.

And he can play as well. He was judged the most valuable player or best player on ground in the final.

This is another guy I've gotten into lately:

Chris Evans. He was the Human Torch in Fantastic Four, Jensen in The Losers, and is now Captain America. He's also been in other things

Loved him in The Fantastic Four. Glad to see he's Capt America.

If you ever get a chance to see Aussie Rules, you should check it out. Men and boys with manly football guernseys, tight white shorts and their.....balls!

You should see The Losers. It was a really good movie, for what it was (blow-em-up popcorn movie). The cast made it, in my opinion. If the cast had been different, it wouldn't have been as good.

I'll check that out if I can! And you naughty girl! (then again, who am I to talk)

Hope things go well with the dentist and I'd like to say that I'll be thinking of you, but I think when you are in your appointment, I'll be asleep. It's in the Disneyland Hotel. They have everything there. I've never been only seen the food porn thread, but there is tons of stuff, we are going to eat ourselves silly!

I'm all out of whack here.....It's monday morning; of course your appointment isn't till tomorrow (idiot me for forgetting that you are 15 hours behind!) .....and I haven't had coffee. No grey matter working yet!

DS has made pancakes for breakfast. We're doing Junior Masterchef on TV and he's watching the 8 - 12 year olds cooking amazing meals!!

That's OK, I'm slightly out of whack. We just got home, I got my computer hooked back up and now I'm covered in kitties! My little one Sunny just came out of the bedroom to sit on my lap, she misses me the most when I go away. No huge disasters to come home to. Fran is in the other apartment with the other cat on her lap.

Her surgery is tomorrow too, so I'll be busy for another 4 days going back and forth to the hospital. She promised on Friday I could sleep in since I haven't for almost 2 weeks now!
