i wouldnt kill him, now the judges dont have to make the hard decision between them. the brother messed it up for himself.

If he was arrested in October and put in jail then (the article I read wasn't quite clear about that), it sure would be hard for him to make the Hollywood round in December.

According to the article, he was originally arrested in October for theft and made bail in November, but didn't go to GA to face the forgery charges there and was arrested January 10. From that timeline, he could make the Hollywood round in December.

When were the auditions? I'm guessing over the summer before the October arrest?

Even if he made it past the Hollywood round, I would think he would be disqualified because it would make it hard for him to deal with criminal charges in two states while filming a national tv show in a 3rd.

I remember the Memphis auditions were canceled and moved because of Hurricane Katrina, so there were auditions that took place in September. I think they began in August. So the dates were most likely August-September/October.

what a shame. they could have made it far in this competition. im sure they are really going to regret all of this.
