Here we are at CSR!! Started adding pics. Post #26

I was in room 3441.

I'm sorry everyone for 'ignoring' this post, but I hadnt remembered to turn on the subscription to this thread!!

Not really a lot I can add to tell the truth. As buzz said, we switched wednesday night to SSR since we bougt DVC. One thing I will say though, the folks at CSR are still IMO some of the best front desk folks going. When we were getting ready to do the move I had accepted the fact that I MAY get 2 nights back (we were moving on Wed, and were supposed to check out on Saturday). Well, they did far and above over what I expected. They refunded me Wednesdays money too!! They were happy that we had gotten DVC and since we were still staying on property they hooked us up!

I still can not say enough about how much we did love staying at CSR. Even though we bought DVC and we are looking forward to it, I'm sure there are still some CSR trips in our future! The biggest reason we got the DVC so was when our extended family comes, we will have bigger rooms, and a FULL kitchen, that's really important when you have a lot of people trying to eat at WDW ;). But if it's just my wife and I and we are saving or short on points, I can almost 100% promise, that CSR will be where we are at.

We bought at AKV so we're just down the street, so we may still have to make a trip to the pepper market when we are at AK.

I'll admit, staying at SSR, while a really nice place, the bus rides were hell. I really do like how, IMO CSR is nice and centrally located, with the exception of DTD, but we're not really DTD folks anyway. I'll be staying at SSR one more time to use up our developer points, but after that, we wont be staying there again, because of the buses.
CSR CM's rock! Glad you had a great trip!!

Welcome back! I'm so glad CSR treated you so well--again! And that you enjoyed your stay. Congrats on your DVC purchase...but please do stop by your other home from time to time. :)

Honestly CSR will always be our first home as it was where we stayed our first trip ever to WDW.

Seeing all the CSR lovers in this thread, actually makes me a little sad, almost like I'm a traitor :guilty: You know that feeling you get when you either move, or graduated high school etc, and you promise to keep in touch with each other, but due to different schedules and such all the sudden you start to drift apart. As funny as it sounds, that's almost how I feel. :sad2:

We will always count you as one of ours. We're not letting you away! :grouphug:
