Arrived at MCO yesterday around 10 and OKW by noon.
We went to extra magic hours at MK last night, got to bed around 2, woke up at 6 to have the girls dressed/hair done and be at the bus stop by 7 for our breakfast in Cinderella castle. Rode a Peter Pan and Dumbo at rope drop. Went to Toontown around 9:30 to get there before rope drop so we could see the fairies. My youngest dd ran to Mickey when she saw him at the end of the road waving. The CM asked how many were in our party and kept everyone else on the sidewalk outside while Mickey gave us a private tour of his house!! He took each of the girls by the hand and showed them around. Then he led us into the tent and the greeting room to meet Minnie where dd again went crazy. We spent about 20 mins with them. Lots of hugs and kisses and the girls told them all about the Mickey and Minnie bday party we had for dd last week. Minnie liked our pin the bow on Minnie game. It was truly a magical moment. We then went to see the fairies but by this time the line was pretty long and the girls were not in the mood to wait today so we saw the princesses instead. We shopped a bit in the tent and decided to go to Main St to enjoy the a/c while waiting for the rest of the fam. We saw the Fairy Godmother on the way there so we stopped for pics. We walked thru the stores on Main St and it started to storm. Spent a while just browsing and then grabbed lunch at Caseys during the monsoon. Middle dd ate her corn nuggets and promptly fell asleep with her head on the table for about 45 minutes. Dh and the rest of the family arrived and we got the girls changed out of their dresses. I knew we wouldn't be staying too long so we watched Philharmagic and headed out just in time to catch the castle show. Got back to the resort and all the girls rested for a bit but youngest dd is still sleeping about 2.5 hours later! I must've really worn her out. Since we were able to see Wishes and MSEP last night, we are just going to lay low tonight.

The crowds at MK have been great. Later in the day you still need to use FP for the mountains but most rides have been walkon or less than 10 minutes. Totally different from what we are used to at Easter time. Even with low crowds, I love the Lines app. So nice to be able to look on my phone to see wait times. The times we went with what dh wanted and against my recommendations are the only waits we've really had.
Ds wanted to do Space last night during EMH but wait time at the ride said 60 minutes. I looked it up and it showed 21 minutes so he went back and Lines was right. Strongly recommend this app.

How is the weather? I have a friend there now and looked the weather, showed lots of rain and hot.

Sounds like your trip is off to a good start!

The weather has not been too b ad. There was a pretty big storm that went through Sunday night and we arrived at the park as it was subsiding. Made for a fairly cool evening. Yesterday the monsoon started around noonish. It got very sticky for a while after that but we were leaving the park anyway. It rained again a bit later and got overcast so again, a cooler evening. I wouldn't complain if it was like this our whole trip!

I'm going to move this to our trip report board.

Which app are you using for the Line App? I know there are a few of them and some are free and others are pay. We'll be there in a few weeks and would love to know which one you are using.

Thanks
