Here now - ticket upgrade question

If I'm upgrading tickets for my entire party, do they all need to be present at Guest Services?

We've only ever upgraded to APs which requires everyone be there. If you're just adding days or features, I don't think having everyone there is needed, but I haven't done it myself.

Unless it is an AP or a Florida Resident ticket, no.

All guest 18 yrs. and older must be present to upgrade to (or purchase) an active AP.

Thanks. My husband needed to be there. He and my son were watching Jedi academy. Thankfully, they finished while the girls and I were still in line. Upgrade to AP is now complete!
