Here now, MB problems with 2 reservations

So we checked in to Pop yesterday, room only with a package starting today (also at Pop). MB worked fine all night at the resort. Came to Epcot today, and no tickets on our magic bands Or our KTTWC either! We spent an hour at guest relations for them to sort it all out. Apparently the system is not working so well when you have multiple reservations per the CM. Just a little heads up for all you out there with with similar reservations. Also, we were told at the front desk that you have to use your MB to unlock your door first, not the KTTWC or the MB won't work.
