We just arrived at BCV's today. We went to MVMCP tonight. We didn't arrive at the party till about 7:30 (our flight was delayed so it set us back a little). When we arrived we headed for Tommorowland, go some hot chocolate and headed from Space Mountain, but it was closed. We then went to Buzz and pretty much walked right on. We were headed to Tommorland Speedway and noticed that Space Mountain was now opened but it said 60 min. wait. I knew that it could not be right b/c it just opened. I checked with the guy at the beginning of the ride and he said "Oh yeah it is definately 60 min. We were just about to get out of line but I said to DH let's just see. Well we walked right on in 3 minutes. I don't know what that was all about. Anyway, we hit Astro Orbitor, Tommorland Transit Authority and Tommorland Speedway, all with hardly any wait at all. We then went and sat down to watch the fireworks and had some more hot chocolate and apple juice. After the fireworks we headed to Haunted Mansion (no wait) then watched the second parade. It was a very nice parade and not crowded at all. To finish the night we went on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and again walked right on. We headed out at about 11:45. We got alot done in a little bit of time. The weather was very nice and it was not crowded at all. The only issue was getting a bus back to the resort. We waited about 45 minutes. The lines were crazy. I would think that they would have more buses running at the end of the night after the party. Anyway, we had a great first day. As it is now after 1 a.m. we will be sleepingin tommorow.

Glad you had a nice night! :goodvibes I had the same experience with MVMCP last year, with practically no waits for the rides, and waiting for the second parade was smart too. It seemed that everyone with young children went to the first parade since it was already getting late and little ones needed to get to bed, so hitting the rides then worked out great. Enjoy the rest of your trip!!
