Here now at Windsor Hills

We're staying at a 3 BR condo, Tinkerbell's Treehouse, from floridasunvacationhomes.com

The condo is very nice. Very clean, comfortable, with nice decor. Stocked well with glasses/silverware/pots and pans. Location is great. Tried the Sherberth rd shortcut last night and loved it. Thanks Dissers!

On the way in we passed a supertarget, so we stopped for our groceries. It was maybe 4 or 5 blocks away. 5 mins top, and the prices were very good.
Lots of restaurants around.

This is our first time staying offsite, and we are very very comfortable. The only downside that I can find so far is that driving to MK is a pain. The rest of the parks are fine, but doing the tram and then transport again at the TTC takes a while.

Still, it's worth it to get a good nights sleep and have the family so comfortable. It was nice to come home to our condo and be able to give the kids a healthy snack instead of figuring out an extra meal in the park because they were hungry.

Good to know! We're heading to a Windsor Hills house in 5 days - our first time staying there!

How long would you say it takes you to get from the condo to the MK?

It took 10 mins to drive, but between trams, TTC, monorail to actual entryway, I'd put total travel time down as 30 mins.

On the other hand, we left our parking lot at 8:37 yesterday to head to DS and were at the turnstiles at 8:57.

Do you go back to WH during the day for breaks? Trying to plan for our March trip with 2 children. We are staying at WH.

Actually, we've been staying longer in the parks and staying at the condo after we get home. We did Spectro and wishes the first night we were here, and the only other night show we want to do is illuminations which we have scheduled for thursday. We're here for 7 nights, so are not trying to spend every minute at the park, just having a relaxed trip. Now that we're rested a bit, we may head back at night for the rides.

However, it would be very easy to go back and forth. The drive-once you are in your car- is only about 10 minutes. Getting TO your car is the harder part, especially at MK where it takes a little longer.

Except for MK, it seems to be quicker to drive than it has been taking a bus back to a resort. And even MK isn't much-if any-longer.

We did this all the time at WH. Quite easy.
