Hi all, here now with my family - sitting at Orchid Court lounge having sushi...

Checked in at Royal Pacific this morning at 10am (room was not ready as expected) and so we headed to IOA.

Crowds were light and most rides had minimal wait (less than 5mins) except FJ.

Room was ready at 145pm. We asked for Tower1, park view, high floor and got Tower1, garden view,5th floor. We rested in the room for a bit to recover from our 6am flight from BUF which we started driving from Toronto at 2am!

Went to Mythos for dinner at 530pm. The food was delish! Had padtai and fish taco.

Finished the day off with the Spectacular show in Universal (it was ok).

Not really intended to do a trip report but to update everyone with park crowd. Thanks for reading

Finished the day off with the Spectacular show in Universal (it was ok)

When I went a few months ago and saw the show, I thought it was a big improvement from the prior 360 show. The fountains and fireworks were great.

But I agree it was nothing "spectacular" as the name implies!

Thanks! Its our second time staying at RPR and we love it! We took the boat more this time as the weather was brutally hot (last time I went it was March so the weather was more manageable to walk to the park). My daughter and I both love sushi so RPR is for us!

We didn't see the minions (but we did go on the ride) and we missed the parade as DD14 wanted to go Millenia Mall!

Hi all,

We did rope drop yesterday (Saturday) am at IOA and went on FJ ride again. No wait for most of the rides again. At around 830, we decided to head to US for Despicable Me ride (right before the park opened to the public) with 5 mins wait! We then did couple more rides using Express lines with no wait.

By noon we were done with all the rides we wanted to go on so we decided do some shopping (BIG Mistake)! Drove to the Millenia Mall and the mall's parking lot was PACKED! Apparently, it was tax free day?? and the mall was packed.

After an hour, we decided to head to Downtown Disney to pick up our "YES" tickets for DD and Neice's Monday class... traffic was HORRIFIC and we were stuck in traffic for almost an hour. I'm not sure what was going on but the I4 was not moving at all. We managed to go back on International Drive but my stupid GPS took us back on I4 ...

After that, we went swimming at the pool and stayed there for a couple of hours to cool off (Movie Rio was showing).

Both parks started to get busy today (Sunday) when we arrived. The kids refused to get up early today for rope drop so we slept in and arrived at the park (IOA) around 10. All the Express lines had around 10mins wait except in Suess Land.

Overall, the wait times were better than my stay during this March Break.
This time, I did remember to use my Preferred Pass discount everywhere!

Checked in at Animal Kingdom Villa around 130pm today... LOVE the free wifi here! I guess I need to change and post on Disney board now!

If you are a blue member at Loews you get free wifi too. That means just two stays.

Glad you`re having such a good time, really enjoying hearing about it.

I love the Mall at Millenia, I insist on valet parking there as it`s just easier.....but wow it sounded really busy!!!

We too noticed the I4 at a standstill several times when we were there, we managed to avoid it every day using Turkey Lake Road if we were headed over that way to LBV.

I got cornered into dancing with a mini-onion when we came out of the ride.......one of the dancers just stopped me and said dance with us rather forcefully but I grabbed DS and thought if I`m in he`s in too!! It was fun though.
