Here now at Boardwalk

Having a wonderful time on our first stay at our home resort as newer DVC owners. Quick question-are the 1 bedroom villas supposed to have DVD players in the living room? (Not that we have had time to watch a movie!) but I wanted to make front desk aware if it is supposed to be here. here.

No, only in the master bedroom. Glad you're having a great time! The Boardwalk is my favorite resort!

Hope it stays good. Yes, there is supposed to be a DVD player in the living room in the 1BR (both standard and preferred). I don't recall there ever being one in master bedroom and, if I recall correctly, if you find one in master bedroom that means a guest moved the one from the living room there.

I agree, it should be in the living room but I have heard of people moving it to the bedroom, perhaps to watch a movie while the kids slept in the living room. If it's in neither, I would report it.

Thank you everyone for your replies. The DVD player is in the bedroom so that must be what happened-it was moved.

Funny story my husband was being resistant to walking back to BWV from Epcot-kept wanting to use the boat (which I also enjoy) But I wanted to walk off part of my dinner last night so he reluctantly agreed. When we got to the bridge he asked why I didn't tell him it was this close --- duh!! Some men!! (On his behalf he does have minor leg issues but agreed the walk to Epcot and back is awesome!)

Thanks! We're having a wonderful relaxing trip. Today the weather is a bit cooler but that is ok-we're from PA so we are used to cooler nights this time of year. Highlight of this evening was having a glass blown ornament made in Germany by a lovely gentleman. Off to Cape May in the morning to try their character breakfast! Oh and we attended our first "Welcome Home Wednesday" where my husband was thrilled to get a new hat that they gave away! We love BWV and my husband is so glad I found Disboards which started our DVC journey
