Here now and the nightmare theme begins with parking

So far about 30 minutes to park and waiting for shuttle now. If you come in the morning they make up park at Gardenwalk. There are no U-turns. Cops and cones all along the way. There r shuttles but the elevators were not working so a guy in walker had to go up stairs Mickey & Friends lot not open til later in day. They also made people stand on the bus driving down Harbor blvd. Eekkk! PARKING STILL $15 if u are not a passholder. Total parking and shuttle time 35 minutes. BE PREPARED. Toy Story closed as they are saving for Halloween party. Funny thing is CM said it was local PD mandate

I've never been able to choose a lot. I've always encountered that situation when we have been day visitors. No surprise to me!

$15 for parking is better than the $17 parking at M&F or TS.

We arrived at 12:30 on 10/3 and parked in Toy Story no problem. Though now I know why we got prime parking so close to the buses. There were plenty of buses lined up and it was the typical 10 minutes to the park. Perhaps someone can ask an attendant what time they are opening TS on party days, but our experience makes me think 12 noon (since there already several full rows of cars that had parked before us.)

As for parking payment, the attendant checked our party tickets and let us through (no cost) - he did not ask to see our annual passes. Both friends who were meeting us in the park at 4, neither have annual passes, also parked for free with their party tickets.
