thanks for letting us read that too......My neice has peanut allergies and they went to Disney a few years ago and were amazed at how easy it was to know what and where they could go for food choices for her..

That's a terrific article. DH suffers from peanut and shellfish allergies. On our trips, we have spoken with chefs at many of the restaurants we've dined at and they have all been very kindly accommodating. Especially at any of the buffets, the chef has come and walked the buffet with DH, letting him know what was safe to eat. It is amazing what shellfish winds up in! Shellfish is used as a seasoning in many sauces and gravies, so although something is not specifically seafood, it may still contain shellfish. Always check with your chef. They want you to have a fantastic dining experience. I wish local restaurants were as allergy-friendly as WDW.
