Back to Disney in February and of course I want to be thinner so my clothes fit an i dont have to buy new ones! hahaha:rotfl2:

The last time I did this challenge I met my goal. It helps having a place to check in to and keep me on track. I hope I can rope some of you in for this challenge and lets do this together!

My goal is to get down to 145. I am at 163 right now. hoping for the best.
 
I'm in! I have lost 75 lbs in the last year but got a bit off track the last few weeks. Halloween did not help. We are going to disney in late January/early February. I would like to lose 20-25 lbs by then.
 
I'm in! I met my goal weight in March but summer killed it. I'm at 161 and want to be under 155. Hoping to get there much sooner than our February trip but that is my ultimate goal. I would live to be at 150 to give myself some wiggle room in WDW.
 
I'm in! My goal is a bit different than yours, though... My husband & I made a deal that we can book our trip (first ever for both of us) when we each lose 50 lbs! If that's not motivation... I'm hoping we will be able to be in The World Jan/Feb 2015.
 

Welcome! 25 pounds is a good start. I am st 165 and my goal is 145, but would love to be at 135. Not a pre wedding weight but I think it's a great place for me.
Share your tips on what works and what your plan is.
 
I'm in too- I need some motivation.

I was 190 in July and now 174. My goal was to be in the 160's by my Disney trip that is in a month.

But I started a new job and the stress has made me go off track. I haven't gained just not losing.

I've been tracking calories on myfitnesspal. I try for 1200-1300/day and it works.
 
Just checking in on you all. I am on day 10 of my strict high protein low carb induction. Its getting tough! I keep reminding myself I can do it just 4 more days and I can balance this thing out better. My weight hasnt really changed much since day 5 so that too has me down:( I am heading back to the gym in the morning and will return in the evening with my daughter as soon as she is out of school. I want to add zumba back to my fitness program. I am also doing an ab challenge found on pinterest. its tough! crunches, leg raises, and planks!
I hope you are all sticking to your goals, be strong and carry on! Lets do this!
 
I'm in! I don't care about listing tons, but need a motivator to cut my sugar!
 
can I join in? We plan to go the last week of January. I want to lose 20-30 pounds before we go. I am the biggest one in the group I am sure by far. I started in April at 402.:sad1: I am down to 339 last I checked. :dancer: I would love to hit 300 by our trip, but it's going to be super hard over the holidays!!!! We can all do this! :banana:

I got back to the gym today. didnt make it to zumba but at least I put in an hour and planet fitness!

I'm at 175, I need to get back down to 140. I lost 60lb a few years ago, but 2 pregnancies (and 32 months of breast feeding) have me up again. I had a great online support system the first time and I could sure use it again!
 
I am so in...I have lost 27 pounds on my long distance journey of over 100 pounds. However, I have set a goal to Lise 50 pounds before my trip to wdw in mid February. I have hit a plateau and am looking for any and all tips and motivation. Go us!
 
Try cutting back on sugar, white flour. If you are already doing that, try having a chest day and get back on track.
 
Hope everyone is doing well on their weight loss goals. I am at 161. Down 8 pounds in 14 days. Sounds like a lot but haven't lost anything more in a couple of days. I am going to have a cheat day to see if I can get things moving again. I would be very happy at 145 so that would be another 16 pounds. I will be cutting it close. Would have to be at least a pound a week.
 
I am doing my own version of low carbing. No sugars, lots of green veggies, proteins, Atkins bars, cheese, etc...
 
Well, I managed to lose another pound over the last 2 weeks... Doesn't sound like much, but considering I was out of town for the weekend, I was impressed!

To get things started I'm watching my portion sizes (using a salad plate instead of a dinner plate really helps!), no seconds, and trying to get more water. Once I hit a plateau with those things, I'll have to add in something else to keep the weight coming off. One of these days I will get my Wii Fit set up again and try finding the time to do that. And having people I am accountable too helps me think twice about snitching something I shouldn't! I know making small changes like this won't cause a drastic fast weight loss, but I know me, and if I try to do too much all at once I'll get frustrated and give up more quickly. Hopefully making little changes over time will work!!
 
Lost 2.6 pounds last week with refocus on getting my water and exercising at least a bit 3 days a week. Hit a milestone of 30 pounds lost. That 50 pounds down by DIS in February is looking doable!
