Will WDW ever be "alllowed" to put this in Orlando?

WDW needs sometning like this to "compete" with UOR.

Probably not. Disney agreed to not put Marvel characters within a certain distance of Orlando.

You can't because of the contract between universal and Disney they have strict rules with Disney using marvel inside the US parks. As of right now you will never see marvel characters inside WDW.

No, but they can easily do something like this with the Incredibles. I'd rather see that than a Marvel attraction anyway.

I believe it's just Orlando that's part of the contract, I am certain I'll be corrected if I'm wrong. Universal has exclusive rights for the the themeparks.

There were lots of lawsuit threats when Disney did the Tron monorail cover a while back. The legal solution kept that monorail on the resort loop since that does not go in a theme park.

Universal has made it clear they won't back down so no Marvel in Florida at WDW

That sounds like pre-Disney Marvel. It would seem it would have been better for Marvel to sign a contract with Universal, allowing Universal to use the Marvel characters for a fixed number of years, then either renewing or canceling the contract, then what sounds like allowing Universal to use the Marvel characters in perpetuity.
