going to toronto instead of williamsburg( not as far a drive) and i just realized Henry's is there...wondering if anyone knows if their used equipment is worth a visit( ie ditch mom and sis and sneak there somehow ), the online store seems kind of expensive( although it would be canadian $$ so maybe not as expensive as i was thinking)

how fanatical/sick/pitiful is it that the highlight of my weekend might be going to a camera store

I have never actually been to the store, but I thought I'd remind you that the CDN $ is doing quite well. According to www.xe.com $1 CDN is worth 0.959600 USD. Of course, you may find a great deal and then it would really be worth it! Good luck.

This isn't even my trip and I am feeling so bummed. I really wanted to see your photos from Williamsburg.

Have a great time in Toronto. Ian (DH) manages a branch of his company in Ottawa. Hoping I can go with him someday - not really to be with him - but to take pics.

OK - changing my mind-set. WOW! Can't wait to see your pics from Toronto. I hear it is a beautiful city.

i am of course trying to figure out which lenses to take here as well..reallly wish i had a wider angle but maybe i'll try my kit lens and see what happens. i wonder if it would look strange for me to take granddaughter's little red wagon to pull my "must take" camera stuff around toronto

the one and only business trip husband ever went to without me was to Banff...it looked incredible...of course since i wasn't there

i could put a bonnet and blanket on my backpack and put it in the stroller and no one would be the wiser( shwoo lady, that baby is UGGGLYYYYY)
