I am trying to print our boarding passes for our flight tomorrow on Usairways. When i type in our info, it says customer not found. I have been trying to call their # but "due to high call volume they are not accepting any calls" I have my printed e-tickets......What could be the problem? I did call the web-help # and she said she sees our reservations, but cannot get it to let her pull up boarding passes. She said she had no idea and to call the reservation #.

Help, I hate to fly and have had NOTHING but trouble with Usair booking this flight.....makes me a wreck.

Melissa

Is the airport you're using one which requires boarding passes to get through security? My does not, so all I am taking is my Orbitz print out. I will do crub side check in and walk to my gate and get my boarding pass.

i thought you couldnt print your boarding passes before 6 hours before your flight? could that be it? i am not sure but i think that is what i read.

US Airways allows check in 24 hours in advance. At that time you can print your boarding passes. Are you within that time frame? The USAirways website is always having problems.

You can also check in at the kiosk at the airport and get your boarding pass that way also.

As long as you have your eticket itinerary you will be OK.

USAirways is a great airline to deal with. The employees are great. I am sure you will be fine.

I find that if I can't get through, the best strategy is to call back between 11 pm and 6 am; usually the call centers are a lot quieter then, and the agents have time to give you more attention.

I'm flying us air tomorrow. Must you have a membership to the website to print passes? I can't find a link.

Ok, I logged in. Says I have no reservations even though I talk to usair last night. Maybe since I didn't book on their website?

melissa, luckily you're leaving today.
I purchased my plane tickets from USAir for next February, and now it's looking like they will cancel their lease with Pitt airport in January!!!! I bought the tickets so far ahead so I wouldn't have to worry about it!

Jcemom, I wouldn't worry about your tickets for next year. There is lots of time for the airline and all the elected officials in PA to work out the details. Even if they did take hub status away from PIT they will still have flights in and out of the airport. You might need to connect in a different city but you should still be OK.

You don't need a frequent flyer number to check in on the web with US Airways.

I know that you don't need a FF # to check in on the web but you can sometimes search for your ressie using FF#. It is an alternate way to find a ressie.

I don't remember what my usair ressie number is since I booked through Orbitz. I'll just get my pass at the gate.

You need your flight number on the web site. Be sure to check and see if a boarding pass is needed to get through security at your airport. Many airports require this now. If they do be sure to allow some extra time at the ticket counter to get your boarding pass.

the problem started when I purchased the tickets to begin with. They were havin on-line troubles and I was booked multipule sets of tickets. The agent I spoke to ended up telling me that most Usair reps do not like the booking on-line thing, he said over half the time they have to fix the tickets.....

So he said he sees my ressie and just to use the kisock at the airport.

Thanks!

Melissa

Melissa, I'm thinking you should have already left for the airport by now, so...
...HAVE FUN!!! :Pinkbounc
