I sold a Vero Beach, 25 point contract on June 9 and received my check for the sale on August 6. It took one day to sell.
I sold a Vero Beach 45 point contract on June 29 and am expecting to get my check on or about September 15. It took 6 days to sell.
I sold a Hilton Head 50 point contract on June 27 and have not gotten any closing documents as of yet. The money will come about 3-4 weeks after I return the documents. It took 20 days to sell.
As you can see, the process is slow. This is, of course, partly Disney's fault with the extra time for ROFR. I used TTS and was pleased with their service and the 10% commission.
P.S. I still will have 430 points left. I plan to buy some points at both CRV and GCV!
Advice: If you plan on selling, get at it!
