Helpful CM

I just got off the telephone with the most helpful CM. I have been calling the reservation center for month and getting all different answers. I finally asked for a manager and the CM transfered me to Guest Services at the reservation center. After talking a useless CM, I again aasked to be transfered to a manager and this time I was past to a CM named Conan. Conan was so helpful [and had a sexy voice too]. He went through my complete reservation with time and explained everything to me. He even told me of new things at the parks since I was last there. Has anyone else talked to Conan before or do you know any other helpful CM. I know I am going to try to get back to Conan if I need anything else but if he is not there I want to know if anyone else is good.

Glad you were able to get someone heplful. There are SOOOOOO many CM's at the reservation office, its hard to get the same one twice (I have tried) but I hope you have a good trip.

Whenever I call and the CM doesn't seem to know too much, I just say thank you and call right back. With all the calls going through that office there is no way you would get the same one twice.
