Help!!!

I am interested in possibly changing our resort from CSR to WL. Two problems: First I booked our vacation on Expedia and they said they have no rooms available, (they always say this even when they do) and second we leave on Sunday!!!!! Is it possible to do it over the phone with Disney. Last time I tried to change something on our vacation Disney told me I had to call Expedia. Please help if you can, if not then I am sure CSR will be great
