I'm trying to cancel my ressie, but I can't seem to get thru. I go thru the prompts, get put on hold, then after like 10 mins click.. I tried to link my ressie, but that too is not working...

Unfortunately there's not much any of us can do to help you.
My suggestion would be to call and screw the prompts.
Just try to get through to a CM as quickly as possible so you're not wasting as much time jumping through the prompt hoops.

Are you trying to cancel a dining reservation or a Resort reservation?

I would do what the PP stated and just hit zero through the prompts so you can get through to a live person.
