I am going to the World in less than 2 weeks!!!!!!! So exciting!!! But, I am stressed. Putting last minute plans together is not fun.. I need your help so bad!!! I am going to arrive on June 6th and stay through the 10th. I have Park Hopper.. I want to do as much as possible!!! But, am scared about several things.

1. Camera! I am a photographer freak!!! I have a 4GB card that can hold 1122 10MP pics or 29 minutes or so HD video.. Is that enough??

2. Characters!! I am making a list of characters I want to see, but I know I will miss some and will want to make room for more..

3. How to make use of time waiting in line?? Is there any solution to this??

4. Pool time at hotel if not going to water parks?? Is this a waste of time??

5. Eating!! Best times to eat??

Also, share any personal tips you might have to make me have a stress free trip!!!

Your memory card should hold all of your pictures. Do the pool at resort, saves time and energy...the pools are great. I made 4x6 cards with the characters I wanted to be sure we saw, we did character dining, so that helped us with those photos:) Characters are usually in the square on Main St.USA throughout the day..times guides will tell you. The Princesses are now in Town Hall as you enter MK to your right. They have a fast past for them as well. Eating, well, do it off times, say like 11 am, 6:30pm, I guess, when we were there, it was just busy, we did eat 2 dinners in DTD without much of a wait at all:) Great food at Earl of Sandwich:) Good luck.

1. Can't help here...DH is the camera guru

2. Epcot has a character spot. Grab a FP for Soarin', then go get in line. You will also find random characters around World Showcase. DHS Animation bldg has lots of characters. Word is the best time to do this is in the evening, but check times guide or ask CM to see when they stop coming out.

3. Waiting in line?? That's why we use FPs! Just kidding. FPs will cut down on your time, but you'll still be doing plenty of waiting. Since you're a camera freak, why not see what catches your eye in line? Most line queues have very interesting details that need time to discover and enjoy.

4. For me, it is a waste of time as we LOVE the parks and can go to a pool anytime. BUT for some, pool time is a valuable part of vacation time. You'll have to decide/discover which type WDW vacationer you are.

5. If eating counter service, off times are better. 11:00 for lunch, 3:00-4:30 for dinner or 8:00-9:00 p.m. If you want to do a sit-down meal, you need to make a reservation (ADR). Go to WDW website NOW and check their online reservation system to see what is available. You can put in a specific park and meal (B,L,D) and it will give you a list of what restaurants have available seating.

You should have plenty of space on your memory card.

Are you staying on Disney Property, if so take advantage of extra magic hours, try to ride the most popular rides then, also a good time to see characters.

Another thing to do if staying on property is to take an afternoon break and go back to hotel for a dip in the pool.

We tend to have good breakfast, (character breakfasts are good), then a snack in the afternoon, and dinner in the evening.

Best tip to avoid stress, remember this is a vacation and you are there to relax and enjoy yourself.

We spend time in lines talking to our kids about what they have been doing all year. We are so busy during the year we figure we have missed out on silly little items. We also talk to other people from other countries and areas around the US. We have met some really nice people that way!:cool1:
