Help!

In the past month I've gotten two emails with pin codes, both of them in someone elses name. The same name both times. It's my email, but I have no idea who the person is. Is there anyway I can get Disney to but the right name with my email? I would love to get a pin I can use!

Does anyone know who I can call?
