Feelin so low...i no i wont be goin to disney world for ages and its gettin me down..anyone help me thru my disney blues!:(

I felt the same way when we got back. I joined the dis and spend time here almost daily to get my fix. I also listen to Disney music and set up my Disney jar to make deposits in and count it often to see how much it has grown. My kids and I also talk about our trip and work on plans for the next one - even though we have no idea how many years it is going to be before we can go back. May a little magical dust come your way! :)

:) I listen to Disney CDs in my car daily. I have the 3 volume set with the Mickey Head on the album cover one in Blue, one in Red and one in Green. These are terrific and span classic Disney and the more modern movies. I mean who can deny "Circle of Life" at 40 decibils...my personal favorite. I have 178 days until my Dec. trip ..but whose counting ::yes::

:bitelip: Oh I forgot, we also have very good Disney artwork in the house which is subtle but lovely to glance at and remember our trip. ABC Distributing had Pooh characters each in a mosiac puzzle. They were at least 1,000 pieces. We enjoyed the weeks of putting them together and now Pooh and Tigger are professionally framed and in our Den. We also bought the Tigger Pounce poster while there one year and have it framed. So these things or similar items will help. We also buy a PassPorter yearly and fill out the back pages and read the new info. I also find Christmas ornaments throughout the year that mark special events, Hallmark should be getting some in soon. Just some tips....:yay:

I plan my ultimate dream Disney trip. You know, the one I would take if I had all the money in the world and could take a month off from work. :rotfl: It will probably never happen, but it's fun and keeps me occupied until I can plan my next "real world" vacation.

I agree that you should plan your next trip in detail. That alone should take you years ha ha. I'm planning one right now for the beginning of this August and I'm having panic episodes because I won't be able to plan like I want to before then. Whatever you do... I hope you pass the time well. Just remember the experiences you have under your belt and make the most of the memories!

Keep coming on the boards and getting your Disney fix here.

Sounds like there are tons of ways to get over your Disney blues, I feel for you being ages and all until your next trip :(. But there are so many boards, websites and blogs all about Disney that you can get in the spirit even if you do have to wait until you can be there yourself. I am an annual passholder that goes a lot and takes tons of pictures if you ever want to see anything specific let me know and I will go there and take a picture for you :) .

I know how you feel! We are hoping to go in 2011 and like some of the others have suggested I have started planning the trip! E.g on a MK day, what rides, in what order, where to eat etc! This should take me a while! Then at least I can work out rough prices of meals etc to have it all covered!!
