I just checked my reservations by calling I reserved a 2 bedroom dedicated for OCt 16-19 I booked it in February they changed it on Oct 7 to a lock off. I'm on hold what can I do to make sure I get what a reserved.HELP

Where are you staying? If it is at the BWV the 2bdrm are only lock offs.

I have it in writting on my confirmation letter I have a 2bedroom dedicated reserved sence February 06. Now I call and they say they are out of the 2 bedroom dedicated it is busy for the F&W. I told her I had reservation and is in writting for a 2bedroom dedicated. They are booked. What do I do I asked I pay my dues my taxes etc. I did what was asked of me and booked in plenty of tiime and again have it in writting. Were can I go with this? I spoke to a manager Maggie all she can say is she is sorry I have a lock off now. HELP
