So I thought I would see what the people on these boards seem to think... it is a boy problem.... so I am at work and this guy always comes and talks to me.. i leave and he says see you tomorrow... then i come in and get my check he says you came in on your day off.. then he winks at me... and he winks all the time.. the problem is.. i think this guy is older then me... by about 5 or more years but i may be wrong.. i do not know if he is flirting or what. then i don't want to ask him anything because then it would be odd... is he just being nice.. confused. lol and tired.

There's this guy at my work like that, he winks alot and is kinda flirty (but he is EXTREMELY hot, so I don't mind) anyways, he's older, about 23 I think. I know he's not actually FLIRTING though, it's just the way he acts.
Maybe this guy is flirting, maybe he isn't. It's hard to tell if he's just being nice, or if he is flirting. I wouldn't ask him anything at the risk of being embarassed, but maybe ask some people around work? see if he's said anything about you maybe?

I have a guy at work who does that too. He's my age, but he's just flirty to everyone. We've become pretty good friends and we have a good time at work, but he has a girlfriend and it's just his personality to flirt all the time.

Maybe it's the same for your guy? Maybe get a friend to come in a do some recon spying! Have her around when you and the guy are working and see how he acts around her. If he acts the same with her as he does with you, then you know he's just being nice. Or you could even just have you friend just watch the way to acts around you. Maybe getting an outside opinion will help figure out if he's flirting or being nice.

Lol yah that is what I thought what both of you have said. I am not sure though because I am not supposed to leave my area at work so I don't know if he acts that way around everyone.. The thing is that there is only one other person my age that works in my department.. He is in another department.
