Help!

I have not received my DVC membership cards yet. We purchased resale and closed nearly a month ago. Should I be worried? Who do I contact?

I wouldn't worry just yet. If the cards come direct from Disney, even on a resale, I know it can take upwards of a couple of months to receive them.

I purchased direct from Disney on May 5. 2007 and my membership card just came in the mail today.

That's about a week ahead of me. I just was concerned that I would get them in time for departure in 31 days...

If you don't receive your membership card before you depart, you can go to the sales office at SSR. The CMs there can print you a temporary card to use for the various membership perks that require a card.
