DVC members who own at specific resorts have the picture of that resort on the bottom of their posts. Can you tell me how to get this?

DVC members who own at specific resorts have the picture of that resort on the bottom of their posts. Can you tell me how to get this?

Find the resort picture in anyones post and right click on it and then click save picture as and save it where you save photos on your computer. Then go to your photo uploading location (Photobucket) for us and download it and insert it into your signature just like you would any other picture. Let me know if I can explain further.

Thanks Dizneynutz for your help! We just got back from disney 2 weeks ago and we stayed at WL. We loved it there!!! One day i'd love to buy points there.

We feel there is no BAD place at WDW, but the WL is our favorite. We sold SSR to buy a WL resale only because we like going at Christmas and it is next to impossible to book DVC there unless you own there. We are counting down until Dec. Glad you enjoyed the resort

I hadn't even looked at your number of posts. I believe you have to have a certain number of posts on these boards before you can post pictures. I believe the magic number is 11 posts, but don't hold me to it. Post a few more responses then try again.

We loved EVERYTHING about the resort. We have 2 girls age 4 and 2. They loved the bridge in the lobby, WC and the pool. I love the theme and we liked taking the boat to MK. If there were points left to buy at the WLV, I would buy them in a heartbeat, I don't think we will be dissapointed with AKV though

The bridge in the lobby is a magnet to the little ones. I have enjoyed watching many little kids playing there and enjoying the moment. We will be soon taking our new Grandson for his first trip and we so look forward to that trip. They are selling WL points EVERYDAY. You just have to buy them resale. This is what we did. You get ALL of the same benefits but the length of the contract is just not as long as with SSR or AKL. But if you get to stay where your heart is, it is worth it for us. Check out the link below.

Thanks for the info! I did find out AFTER purchasing AKV that you can buy at any DVC resort thru resale. Thats great to know for the future..you never know, we might buy some points at the rumored CRV. Have you heard these rumors?

And Welcome aboard. We initially bought SSR and still think it is wonderful, although we have only visited there. We tried getting a reservation at the VWL in Dec at the 7 month window and it was booked SOLID. That is when we decided that it really did matter where we wanted to stay the most and sold our SSR contract and bought the WL contract. Now we are happy as clams and have our Dec. reservations for this year. Hope you find happiness wherever you choose to stay.
