My parents kicked my sister out when she was 18.

Now she is in the process of getting a divorce...gets only child support...moved into an apartment...and STILL HAS NO JOB...oh, and she is 32 with a 6yr old to support (she DEMANDED full-custody).

Sometimes no matter what you do...they don't learn.

Yup. They'll either get a job or learn to love life on the park bench. Either way, it'll be their choice. Unless they've hit a rough patch and need temporary help (I think most of us have been there), helping them will only prolong their dependence.
