how long must you be on VMK to be a cl??
it's driving me nuts!!

Well, it's different for everyone. I was playing VMK for about 3 months when I applied. I was told I was not ready, but re-applied a week later and was accepted. So I don't think there is any specific time frame, just make sure you know where everything is located in vmk, and you should be good to go! HTH

i dont think that's true becasue i only go to the game places and credit runs and guest rooms and it let me apply

i have been playing for almost 7 months and i applied and it said i STILL wasn't ready! i'm gonna blow! - blows LOL -

I once heard that it was not the time since your character was made. I heard it was the amount of time that you spend in the game each month. I can't remember if it was 40, 50 or 60 hours per month. Not sure if this is true or not, though.

I think it is just how well you answer the questions they send you. If you do not answer them well, they reply back saying that you are not ready to become a leader yet, and if you get them all right, then you become one. That's what happened to my sister. She had only been play VMK for about a month when she applied and she was accepted. (this was in august to september when she became a leader.

ok listen..i have the inside scoop for you all, LOL. i heard from a staff member that you will be able to apply to become a community leader in THE SPRING. they are not accepting anymore for now because they started to have too many, so they stopped but they will be accepting more in the spring. hope i helped yea all!

I play10 hours a day, never been reported -clean record-. It's not about time spent in the game, it's about if your record is clean and how you handle yourself in the game. If you are doing the mummy or boy girl thing you will not be accepted. As well if you pick fights or help them. You need to know how to stay calm and help the person stay calm. It's not just about the badge. I have no desire to be a CL since you have to help in events and help everysingle person, you have to know how to handle yourself when 20 people are asking different questions as once. Once you master that and are already helping people around VMK can you qualify as a "good VMKer" to become possibly a CL.
