HELP. word doc design prints with lines

Can someone help me? I designed a mickey head in word and it is saved as a word document. I can't figure out how to save it any other way. Every time I print a design done on word it prints lines on the page and through my image. I don't see these lines on the design or when I do print preview.

I just sent you a PM. The problem may be your computer, but I can change it to a jpg for you to see if it is Word.
