Woke up this morning to an email that my husband's Park reservations was going to be cancelled if he didn't link a park ticket, he had had a park ticket linked since June when we used our military salute tickets last- we each have 3 days left. So we checked in the app, and it is showing BOTH of the tickets in my name all of the sudden! 2 hours wait on the phone- trying to get to the park!! Anything else I can do??!

Forget what I just posted, you are at Disney right now? I would go to the park and talk to GS rather than wait on the phone for two hours.

Update- took 20 minutes at guest services this morning, but they were able to go in and fix the problem- missed early entry, but they have us a LL anytime experience. Everyone was friendly, no one knew what would have caused the problem!!

1. Sounds good. Congrats!
2. It's safe to assume one of the many I.T. associated MDX glitches... with very poor timing.

My Disney Experience had quite a glitch recently...I have a pass that wasn't supposed to expire until 2030....something happened and the date got pushed to 2099. Yeah, I'm going to use that before the next glitch makes it disappear.
I’d screenshot that while it’s still showing up. And if you’ve got an actual physical ticket, I’d take a photo of it— making sure the barcode is clear & in focus— then keep it in a secure spot where you’ll be able to find it again. (Don’t be like me— no matter what “safe place” I find to squirrel something away… I always have to tear the house apart to find it later :rotfl2:)

When I got my 2022 military tickets this week, I had to call in to get them linked to MDE, as the numbers on the tickets had to be converted...wish they would have usable numbers so I wouldn't have had to be on the phone 3 hours and 8 minutes. But anyways, after I went in to MDE, all the tickets were in my name. Since they were unused, I could reassign them to my family on MDE. That's odd that it happened to you after some days were used, though.

Same thing happened to one of my vouchers. It is one that I reassigned to another person a few weeks ago.

Wasn't really thinking about it. I noticed a few weeks my 10 day non expire pass with 7 days left on it yet was same way. I don't know what it was before. After reading your post I took a look. still says 2099
