I'm typing a paper and I'm emailed a draft to my prof.
He sent it back with comments (mark-up right)? How do I save his comments and change my original doc? Then send it back to him?

Does this make sense?

I want to email drafts back and forth making changes, how do I do that?

All this technology, I feel old.....;)

Not sure if I'm answering what you need, but I'd change the file name.

File: blahblahrevision or blahblah1 then blahblah2 if necessary.

If he's made changes, the "reviewing toolbar" should be open. If not, go to View-Toolbars and open it. There are 4-5 buttons in the reviewing toolbar (sorry, I don't have access to Word at the moment). The pictures don't make a lot of sense to me, but if you hold your mouse over them, an explanation of what each button does will be displayed. One of those buttons will allow you to accept his changes. Then you can save the file, make new changes of your own and send back.

I know this is kind of vague - best I can do from memory. See if that doesn't help, and come back with more questions as necessary.
