Help with Webcertificates

I have a $20 Webcertificate from Blink which Iplanned to use to purchase a gift certificate (on line) from one of the area WDW restaurants, however, I can't seem to find any restaurants that accept Webcertificates. Most of them seem to accept the Supercertificates from giftcertificates.com only or they don't have gift certificates on line to purchase. Any suggestions? I really wanted to use this reward to help pay for a meal during our trip.
