Help with Visa discount code online

Has anyone used the 20% discount code for disney direct that on the Visa Website.?

I cannot get it applied to my order.

I called disney direct and of course, they're no help.

It works, but it's only for full price holiday decor items... and some of the items you might consider "holiday decor" are not classified that way.

Yes, I was trying to use it for a Christmas Yard sign (the new mickey mouse one).

I guess that's not considered "holiday"! annoying.
