Help With Villas?*Booked Updated*

Hiya

Its now been decided it would be best for us to stay in a villa with jordan, there will be five of us altogether including my parents so we are looking for four bed

any ideas which villa areas are good, also any idea where to find private rent villas.

This is totally out of my experiance Ive never looked for a private villa

any help very much appreciated

This is a US site, and many of the owners do cheaper deals than you would normally expect to pay! Set your budget, decide which area you want to stay and go for it!

Personally I prefer a villa to be located in Kissimmee just off the 192.

Formosa Gardens and Poinciana Boulevard are the main 2 areas, slight preference for FG as you are closer to the 192, restaurants, supermarkets, Disney and the I4 all within easy reach.
PB is a busy main road, and it can depending on which development you stay at be a good 10 minutes drive to the 192 junction.

Indian Creek (FG) in my opinion is very nice and ideally located, whilst Windsor Palms (FG) and Terre Verde (PB) have the advantage of additional facilities such as a community pool and clubhouse etc

You can spend ages & ages looking for a villa which is not necessarily a bad thing as you want to make sure you get the right home etc, a villa with a south facing pool is a bonus as you get the sun all day.

there are many villa sites to chose from, but your best bet is to come up with a wish list of what you want from the villa you wish to stay at.

eg

x miles from disney
x bedrooms
games room yes/no
garage yes/no
pool yes/no (they all really have this)
spa yes/no
community has facilities like tennis courts, pool etc

Once you have this I am sure everyone will want to suggest areas that you could stay at and have a great time.

on our last visit we stayed in a 4 bed room villa at Windsor Palms which is a great location IMHO. As said previously it has a large community pool & club house.

We booked through a company in Leeds & would use them again

There are some very nice villa communities all over the southern and easten ares pf Disney. LIke Johnny said FA area, PB area and 27 area. Here is a map that can give you an idea where they are all located.

I have heard of Legacy Park which I understand is in Kissimmee and is very new, not sure exactly where it is though.

Solana - in my opinion is not in the ideal location, quite southerly on the US27.

Just come back from renting at Emerald Island and was a bit disappointed with it. Not all its cracked up to be...

Most disappointing thing was the clubhouse seemed to open when they felt like and close when they felt like...

I have ruled out solana, and Im looking at the retreat, fromosa gardens, windsor palms or hills, which I understand all to be pretty new.
