help with vaccinations please

Hi everyone I could use some help. My kids friend is all set to visit for a few months and is coming in October. We will be visiting all theme parks as well as other places in Florida.
My question is when you are just visiting on vacation do you have to show proof of immunizations with your visa and passport? I was a bit confused. I know that you have to when applyiing for any immigrant status, but not sure on vacations.
