Just wanted some advice on my upcoming trip. We are staying in the business class-King bed room at Coronado Springs from Oct 29 - Nov 1. We have the deluxe dining plan which will be my first time using any Disney dining plan as well as staying in the resorts. I am an Florida annual pass holder so I typically stay at home but we are celebrating our ten year anniversary so doing something special! Boyfriend has two day park hopper.
Planning to arrive in Orlando (boyfriend traveling from SC) mid morning on the 29th
Check in
ADR Raglan Road for lunch at 11am - debating doing the boathouse instead and just sharing the meal, thoughts?
Plan to explore Disney Springs and head to the hotel to change
ADR Jiko at 5 pm
Heading to Halloween Horror Nights with express passes when dinner is over
30th
EMH at AK so planning to get there as soon as the rope drops and get to the major rides first -any suggestions on order?

Head over to MK
Fast passes for: Space Mountain 1:15 - 2:15, Peter Pans Flight 2:20 - 3:20, Seven Dwarves Mine 6 - 7pm (trying to change the time but nothing yet!)
ADR California Grill 9:15pm for dinner and fireworks

EMH at HS so again planning to get there at rope drop
Fast Passes for: Star Tours 9:15-10:15, Toy Story 10:15-11:15, Tower of Terror 11:20-12:20 planning to use single rider line for Rockin Roller Coaster
ADR Sci Fi Diner 11am but going to cancel because of food and wine and timing
Head to Epcot - bus versus boat versus car?
Get fast pass if we can to Soarin
Culinary Demonstration at 1pm
Using pooled snack credits for lunch during food and wine and we have the sampler package for drinks
ADR Tutto Italiano 5:45pm
ADR Chefs de France 730pm I have to cancel one of these, any recommendations?

ADR Splitsville 11am possibly switch to raglan road brunch if we go with the boathouse on Thursday
Bowl, also have passes for Disney quest
ADR Ohana 5pm
Boyfriend heads back to SC after dinner
Because of his two day park hopper, on Thurs and Sun we have to choose restaurants outside of the parks. We are not opposed to sharing meals but do not want to at Jiko and can't at Ohana so the ones up for grabs are raglan road and Splitsville. We were originally going to share at both of those places to accommodate Sci Fi Diner but don't need to once that it canceled. Breakfast is also being accounted for from the business class lounge or snacks.
Would you make any changes? We will be back over the holidays so this trip is more relaxing and eating then racing around for rides so choosing good dining experiences is important and of course utilizing the dining plan in the best way.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
