We're looking for a umbrella-type stroller for our next Disney trip (and other vacations) for our daughter who will be 2 next week. It needs to recline, push well, and have a hood. We're going to be buying a Peg Perego Pliko P3, but after having our Maclaren broken into 4 pieces from airline travel we do not want to bring the Peg Perego on a plane so that's why we want something light and cheap enough that if it breaks we won't be as annoyed as we were with the Maclaren.

We're thinking of the Chicco C5 but haven't really heard much about it, or Chiccos in general actually. Does anyone have one of these and are they any good? I saw some small Combis too, I think the DX or something like that, but I'm a little skeptical cause we have a Combi i-thru and it's sorta hard to steer (my husband hates it actually) so are the lighter ones the same way? We're going to test some out in Babies R Us but would love to hear some reviews on lightweight strollers before we go. Thanks!

Going in May with 5 year old (he can walk) and 2 year old (she thinks she can walk). Not going to drag the Eddie Bauer or Sit and Stand. Found a $19 Kids Connection at wal-mart, it has cup holder, basket, reclines, visor, and is very light, but doesn't umbrella fold. Still searching for all those features with umbrella fold. But for $19 if it breaks no biggie! Also, it's very small, my daughter is pretty petite so it think it will work.

Anybody else? We don't have a Walmart near us, but when we head up to visit my mom next week I'll check that one out.

I don't know if it has all the things your are looking for but I had some friends just get back and they bought a Jeep stroller from Toys R Us (it was $30) and loved it. He said they would never use their big stroller again. I don't know what model it was except that it was black and red.
