We haven't been to disney in a couple of years (two or three); what is new? We are hoping to spend 2 days before a cruise in july-- (a friday and sat.) what is the best kind of tickets to get-- we probably would like to go to multiple parks-- maybe typhoon lagoon also. what's the best way to get a really good deal on a two night stay at a disney resort. are there codes or specials we should know about? it is just three of us-- two adults over 55 and a 17 yr. old. I'd like to get a good deal if possible. Thanks.

I really don't think all 4 parks and a water park is possible for a 2 night stay and really enjoy yourselves. We are having the same problem for April. I think I have it narrowed down to an evening in Epcot on arrival day, morning in Epcot to do Soarin' and Living Seas and then the rest of the day at MK. Maybe hit MK the next morning for EMH. It's just so hard to choose what to do. If you really want to hit a water park, I'd do AK am, MK pm, water park am and Epcot pm and skip MGM, but with the 17 yo, he might want to do ToT and RnRc at MGM so I guess you could switch AK for MGM and skip AK.

Right now, the only deals running are AAA and passholder rates, which are not out yet past 4/13.

Well, favorite niece,

Can you get me a great deal at AAA on tickets? Or how much do annual passes cost? We just want the freedom to go from place to place if we want and to get a cheap deal on a hotel. Any suggestions?

The cheapest option if you plan on going back is the 10-day MYW ticket with parkhopper and no expiration option.

Keep this in mind - I am renewing my AP this year and it's actually cheaper to renew the AP than the 10-day with PH and NE options. It might cost more in the beginning, but cheaper to renew and you can get AP discounts on the resorts (usually). Just food for thought.
