Help with title page

[Mickey's Best Girl]

I really need some help with disigning a title page for a planning binder (I've been at it for a while now and it's not going well). I would like to have all 4 parks/logos on one page, I will not be dividing them seperately. The title could be park planning or ....something better
Is anyone up to the challenge?
